Service Description
Guided breathing and stretching to help drop into your body. Offered as a stand-alone service or can be scheduled prior to a hands-on self-care session. Aromatherapy and meditative singing bowl sound bath included if desired.
Cancellation Policy
Reserving time for your self-care is a commitment you deserve to keep out of respect for both yourself and your service provider. If you need to cancel or reschedule within reason please give as much notice as possible. Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation or failure to show up to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the service you had scheduled. If you are late for your appointment for any reason please expect that time to be subtracted from your self-care session.
