Add a separate complimentary 15 minute wellness consultation along with this booking. - Swedish & deep tissue full body massage - "Spot-treat" massage (i.e. only face, neck shoulders, abdomen, hands, feet, etc.) - Lymphatic drainage massage - Intra-oral massage (TMJ release) - Hot stone therapy - Cupping - Gua sha - Dry brushing - Foot & ear reflexology - Passive stretching - Guided diaphragmatic breathing - Meditative singing bowl sound bath Includes craniosacral unwinding, aromatherapy and complimentary hot towel service with an option to add a warm castor-oil pack as an extra service.
Cancellation Policy
Reserving time for your self-care is a commitment you deserve to keep out of respect for both yourself and your service provider. If you need to cancel or reschedule within reason please give as much notice as possible. Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation or failure to show up to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the service you had scheduled. If you are late for your appointment for any reason please expect that time to be subtracted from your self-care session.
